"Okay, I'll buy that; but I'm very leery about what they are going to propose for the site - As far as I am concerned; it needs to be primarily entertainment, cultural, and open space; no stadiums, no circus, and certainly no casinos - I'd be open to the Ontario Science Centre being moved there, as long as the existing Science Centre site remains public space, and I'd even be open to a ferris wheel as long as they don't turn it into a carnival with anything other than several tasteful rides"
