"Walter Illman The problem with the Eglinton Crosstown LRT is that the stops are too far apart for many to walk (up to 1,000 metres between origin or destination and the line plus an average of 400 metres to and from the stop - With these distances buses will still be required along the route or least to support the stops - These buses will be sharing the reduced number of lanes with the rest of the vehicular traffic"
