Take a look at this digital rendering - It is crafted to give the appearance of a wide expanse of green space; but if you look carefully, the use-able parkland between the proposed new towers on the north, and the existing buildings on the south side of the park, is quite narrow and barely adequate for anything other than a single walkway with some trees and benches
