Overview
Durham Region Transit’s PULSE launched in 2013 and operates a dedicated fleet of vehicles along Regional Highway 2, from the University of Toronto Scarborough to Downtown Oshawa. PULSE was made possible, in part, by $82.3 million in Metrolinx funding. PULSE ensures local commuters get where they need to go as quickly and efficiently as possible.
