Between work in progress and the latest proposals; Scarborough is getting 26 to 27 new rapid transit stops; not 1 stop - This consists of 6 Crosstown LRT stops, 17 or 18 Crosstown East LRT stops, 1 subway stop, and 2 SmartTrack stops - Only 3 SRT stops are being sacrificed for a net gain of 23 to 24 stops - My preference would be to see 2 or 3 more subway stops in place of the 2 SmartTrack stops, but I'm basically satisfied with the latest city plans
